"When I moved from the northeast to the south I quickly discovered there is always something green as the weeds, trees and grasses are constantly blooming. Because of this, I suddenly began to experience several allergy symptoms, including headaches, nagging itching in ears and eyes, sinus infections, tiredness and an overall feeling of crankiness. I'm one that enjoys being outside alot while training (marathons, half marathons, 10K's) as well as cycling 4-5 thousand miles per year and, when I have time, working in the yard. The allergy issues made it less desirable to do these things. But now, I am doing an allergy shot every other week and have essentially weaned myself off other seasonal allergy medications and, as a bonus, I'm also saving money.
